Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@eelhoe-hair.store. Returns must be authorized before sending any items back.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Please note that all returns are shipped back to Germany, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We strongly recommend checking possible international shipping or customs fees before sending your package.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers may cancel or return their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
